Life can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. Managing Life Challenges is a 6-week guided course (1.5-hour sessions per week) designed to help you assess, understand, and enhance your emotional well-being in a supportive, judgment-free space.

The cost for this 6-week class is $374
