BLACK WOMEN'S WELLNESS RETREAT
Every year in late July, the Black Women's Wellness Retreat is hosted in Runaway Bay, Jamaica. Twenty beautiful, Black women venture across the ocean to a private resort where they gather in sisterhood and love to learn from each other.
These women have the unique opportunity to gain new knowledge from other Black women who have been identified as experts in the field of Psychology, Nutrition, Naturopathic Medicine, Physical Fitness, Wealth Management and more. The end goal: to increase each woman's mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health. And, to promote self-care.
This retreat, created by a Black woman and led by black women, brings a new and fun way to heal, to breathe and to learn and explore one's self without the pressures of life obligations.
There is laughter and tears, good food, great drinks and amazing company. These women step out of their comfort zones, climbed actual waterfalls and prove to themselves that they are worthy of the same patience, love and care they show others.

The cost is per person and includes:

LOCATION & PROGRAM INFORMATION:
Villa Sonate in Runaway Bay, St. Ann, Jamaica is large enough to host 15 or more participants. During the nine-day retreat, Walters Wellness Group reserves the entire villa for our participants only. The group is capped at 20 participants total, including the organizer.
If you desire a double or triple room, please be sure to state so early on as there are only 4 rooms which convert comfortably into double rooms. There is also the capacity for 1 triple room which, if occurs, reduces the number of double rooms to 3.
