After months of colder weather, our bodies begin to crave fresh energy and vitality. Spring is a wonderful time to focus on rejuvenating your physical health. As so, as we continue to embrace the Spring and all it brings, let’s

focus our energy on our physical bodies. What changes have you made? Have you noticed a difference in your mood with the change of the weather? What healthy habits have you incorporated into your routine- food, fitness? How are you taking care of your wholistic self?


Maybe it’s time to introduce a new fitness routine or review your eating habits. Fresh fruits and vegetables are abundant, so it’s an ideal time to nourish your body from the inside out.


Or, maybe it's time to pull out those hiking or walking shoes. Take long walks, practice yoga outdoors, or try a new form of exercise—your body will thank you.


As the days get longer and the air turns warmer, there’s something in the atmosphere that calls us to reflect, reset, and realign with our values and intentions.
